A party is not a small wedding
The music is different, the volume is different, and the job is different. At a nine year old's party the dance floor fills in thirty seconds and empties just as fast, the birthday child has strong opinions about three specific songs, and there are adults around the edge of the room trying to talk to each other.
Malcolm Copeland plays these himself and brings his own sound system, which on a party job mostly means keeping it loud enough to dance to and quiet enough that nobody has to shout.
He is based in Charlotte, NC.
The music is the birthday child's call
Not the DJ's taste, and not a generic children's playlist. Send the songs they have been asking for all month.
Ask about the specifics
Age ranges, how long a set runs, what is needed at the venue, what it costs. Ask and you will get a straight answer about your party rather than a general one.
