Program Disclosures & Client Responsibilities

We’re committed to giving you a strong, supported start in your business journey. To keep everything running smoothly, here’s what you need to know before and during the program.

Commitment & Participation

• All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

• Enrolling means you’re fully committed to completing the program.

• Your involvement matters. If tasks aren’t completed, payment obligations still remain.

Program Scope & Expectations

• This program helps you launch a business, but results come from consistent action, not guarantees.

• Income, funding, or business outcomes depend on your effort, follow-through, and outside market factors.

• LLC formation fees are covered for WY, NM, and FL typically. If you choose another state, and those fees are excessive, they must be paid before filing.

• Some timelines may be affected by outside agencies like state offices, domain registrars, or payment processors.

• If you already have a business entity, we’ll adapt the process, though pricing stays the same.

• Enrollment includes support for one business only.

• Ongoing access to CRM, funnels, and automations after Day 28 requires an active subscription.

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

We take privacy and integrity seriously, ensuring a safe space for your ideas and information.

• All templates, workflows, processes, funnels, and training materials belong to 8th Ascent.

• You’re welcome to use everything we provide for your own business only.

• Materials may not be shared, resold, or distributed in any form.

• Personal information is handled with reasonable care and confidentiality and is shared only as required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.

• Coaching calls, strategy sessions, and recorded content cannot be publicly shared without prior written approval.

Professional Limitations

Our role is to guide and empower — not to replace licensed professionals.

• We do not provide legal, tax, insurance, or compliance services.

• We offer education and support, and we may refer you to licensed professionals when needed.

• Grant and funding discussions are provided for educational and strategic planning purposes only.

• 8th Ascent™ does not provide credit repair services.
  Any credit, funding, or business banking discussions are educational strategy consultations only and do not involve dispute work, score manipulation, or guaranteed outcomes.

Client Conduct & Accountability

We value a smooth, respectful partnership that supports your growth.

• Please maintain respectful communication during coaching and support interactions.

• Multiple missed calls, rescheduling, or lack of engagement may result in slower progress.

• You are responsible for providing accurate information for:

  • LLC filings, Credit/ funding

  • All Business Marketing/Website content

  • Compliance requirements

• If you need to pause the program, access does not extend past Day 28 unless you’re subscribed to continuity.

Risk & Honest Expectations

Building a business is exciting, but it also involves real-world variables.

• Starting a business can involve expenses, risks, and uncertainty.

• We help build the foundation, but running, marketing, and managing the business is your role.

• Some business models may not fit every location — it's your responsibility to follow local regulations.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8th Ascent™ is not responsible for emotional distress, business losses, lost profits, or missed opportunities.

Payment & Delivery

To keep everything on track:

• Required payments must be completed before the initiation or release of legal filings or digital deliverables.

• Multi-step filings depend on timely responses from you.

• Any delays caused by state agencies, registrars, or third-party service providers are outside our control.
