Malcolm Copeland is a 13-year U.S. Air Force veteran, USAF Thunderbirds Dedicated Crew Chief, and first CV-22 Osprey crew chief team member at Edwards AFB. He holds an MBA from Thomas Edison State University and a BS in Electronics Engineering Systems Technology. Malcolm is the Founder and CEO of 8th Ascent Consulting — a certified SDVOSB delivering AV integration, electrical services, low voltage systems, defense technical services, and telecommunications solutions to federal, state, and local government clients.

With over 20 years of hands-on technical experience spanning military aviation systems, datacenter infrastructure, regulated laboratory commissioning, international telecommunications, and defense account management, Malcolm brings mission-critical execution standards to every government engagement. He currently serves as a Field Sales Application Engineer at Intel Corporation supporting $13M+ quarterly across defense-industrial base accounts — maintaining active DIB customer relationships that directly support 8th Ascent's government contracting strategy.
